Privacy Policy
Useful systems need clear data boundaries.
We collect only the information needed to operate the website, protect Luteon and provide account continuity when a person chooses it.
This policy describes the data used by Evolutionary Interactives and Luteon. It does not add advertising, retargeting, session replay or behavioural tracking.
What we handle
Data used for the experience you request.
Anonymous Luteon use relies on a signed security session and may store the conversation, messages and project brief needed to continue that interaction. When accounts are enabled and you sign in, we also store your verified sign-in identity, profile choices, organisation memberships, projects, chat history and saved briefs.
Luteon messages are processed to answer the request and protect the service. Do not submit secrets, payment information or information you are not authorised to share.
Service providers
Bounded infrastructure and security.
Cloudflare provides website delivery, necessary security, Turnstile verification and the structured D1 database used by Luteon. Google, Microsoft and GitHub provide sign-in only when you choose an available method; Google scopes are limited to OpenID, email and profile.
We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or unrelated Google data. Authentication and Luteon provider secrets remain server-side.
Choice and control
Accounts are optional for public Luteon.
You can browse the website and use Luteon anonymously. Chats created while signed in persist automatically and add projects and cross-device continuity. An anonymous conversation is attached to an account only after an explicit ownership confirmation and ownership check.
Account controls expose chat archive and delete actions. For a broader privacy request, use the website contact route. We keep records only as needed to provide, secure and audit the service; no fixed retention period is claimed here where one has not been formally adopted.
